Returns
At this time due to the nature of the products being available for pre order, all items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept any returns or exchanges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for an exchange you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with as much information and imagery as possible. Please email sales@katebartondesign.com and be sure to include your name, order number and address for reference.
Please note that we are able to track when an order has been successfully delivered, so it is always best to open and review the order as soon as possible to allow time to contact us if necessary.
Refund Policy
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
The shipping cost and duties for the return will need to be paid for by you. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you to obtain proof of postage in the form of a tracking number and keep the receipt and details, as we are not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.

Kate Barton has curated the finest materials and fabrics to create this garment. Each piece is unique and may have natural features such as grains or marks. Avoid contact with any chemicals such as chlorine, grease, perfumes, detergents, alcohol, and cosmetics. Avoid over exposure to heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Metal accessories or accents can be wiped gently with a polish cloth. When not in use, store the garment in a cool and dry place. Dry clean only.
U.S. Shipping
Kate Barton Design offers complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $500. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries please contact sales@katebartondesign.com or use our Contact form.
Please note for all shipments over $1,500 a signature will be required. If you would like to omit this please email sales@katebartondesign.com on top of your order confirmation. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us to require a signature for the shipment.

International Shipping
Kate Barton Design offers complimentary standard shipping worldwide for all orders over $1,000. Otherwise we offer international shipping for a flat rate of $75, not including duties and fees. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country.
All bag orders will ship within 5-7 business days and you will receive tracking details via email when it is fulfilled by our third-part warehouse. Please allow 30 business days for your order to arrive as it will likely need time to clear customs. Please keep in mind bad weather, natural disasters, global conflicts, short staffing due to COVID-19 and all other factors that can delay your shipment.
